For RHT, every customer visit is more than a business meeting. It is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and understand the people behind every project.

As part of our European customer visits, members of the RHT team traveled to France to meet with our customers and partners. These face-to-face conversations allow us to better understand customer needs, discuss future opportunities, and continue building long-term partnerships based on trust and collaboration.

Experiencing French Culture Along the Journey

France is a country with a rich history, unique culture, and remarkable creativity. Many members of our team have visited France before, and during this journey, our colleagues also experienced some of the country's famous landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.

Beyond meetings and discussions, enjoying local cuisine, experiencing French culture, and sharing moments over local wine became a meaningful part of our international journey.

For us, these cultural experiences are closely connected with global cooperation. Understanding different cultures helps us communicate better, build stronger relationships, and create deeper connections with our partners around the world.

Working Together from Concept to Mass Production

During the customer visit, our team met with colleagues from different departments, including R&D, engineering, supply chain, and management teams.

The discussions focused on current projects, technical challenges, product development, and future cooperation opportunities. These conversations provided valuable insights into how we can continue improving our support and creating more efficient solutions together.

Our customer is an engineering-driven company specializing in educational products. Over the years, RHT has supported their product journey from the early development stage, including component selection and prototype discussions, through engineering validation and finally to large-scale production.

With close cooperation between both teams, their products successfully moved from ideas to market-ready solutions. Today, these products have achieved strong growth in Europe and continue expanding into the North American market.
