People First | Building Stronger Partnerships Across Europe
Business is built by people.
Products, technology and logistics all play an important role, but long-term success is built on trust, shared goals and lasting relationships. This belief continues to guide every market visit made by the RHT team.
In June 2026, two members of our sales team began their European business journey, with the United Kingdom as the first destination.
Arriving in London on Friday, they spent the weekend exploring the city before beginning customer visits. Staying in the heart of London allowed them to experience the city's unique culture and atmosphere, visiting world-famous landmarks including Big Ben, the London Eye, Tower Bridge and the River Thames. Like many visitors, they also enjoyed one of Britain's best-known traditional dishes—Fish & Chips.
For RHT, every overseas visit is much more than a business trip. It is an opportunity to better understand local culture, learn how our customers operate, and experience the markets we serve. The better we understand our partners and their environment, the better we can support their long-term growth.
One of the highlights of the trip was visiting one of RHT's long-term distribution partners in the United Kingdom.
The company's story is a remarkable example of entrepreneurship. Founded in 2014 by an entrepreneur who started the business from his own bedroom while still in his teens, it has grown into one of the UK's fastest-growing independent electronic component distributors.
Today, the company manages more than 20,000 product lines and maintains several million US dollars of inventory available for immediate shipment. To support its continued growth, another new warehouse is currently under construction and is expected to begin operations later this year.

Every day, the company supplies engineers, manufacturers, universities, research institutions and industrial customers throughout the United Kingdom. Walking through the warehouse, it was easy to see the energy behind the business. Shelves were well organised, inventory was extensive, and orders were being processed continuously. The team's passion, efficiency and customer-first mindset were evident throughout the operation.
Over the years, RHT and our UK partner have built a relationship based on mutual trust, reliable quality and a shared commitment to customer success.
During our visit, members of the distributor's team shared their experience of working with RHT.
One of the team members, Joe, shared:
"RHT products are reliable, competitively priced and easy to recommend to our customers. The quality is consistently excellent, and once the products arrive, we can place them on our shelves with complete confidence."
The company's founder, Ben, also shared his perspective:
"RHT has become one of our core strategic suppliers. Their connector portfolio continues to perform exceptionally well in our market, and many product lines sell faster than we expected. Product quality, competitive pricing, fast delivery and professional support allow us to focus on serving our customers while trusting the RHT team to support our supply chain."
He also described how the partnership has developed over time.
"In the early days, many of our orders were shipped by sea freight. As demand continued to grow, urgent replenishment by UPS became increasingly common. Our purchasing has expanded from just a few pieces for prototype projects to thousands of pieces for industrial production. Whenever we place an urgent order with Nora at RHT, the response is incredibly fast. The products arrive within just a few days, helping us keep our customers satisfied and maintain excellent service."
For distributors, success depends on much more than inventory. Consistent product quality, dependable lead times and responsive communication are equally important. Strong partnerships make it possible to deliver confidence throughout the entire supply chain.
For Mia, one of the sales specialists travelling with the team, visiting the warehouse became one of the most memorable moments of the trip.
As she walked through the facility, she noticed RHT cartons stacked throughout the warehouse. Shelves were filled with RHT-labelled products, and RHT packaging could be seen across different storage areas.
"It felt surprisingly familiar," Mia said with a smile.

"Seeing so many RHT products already positioned close to customers was a proud moment for all of us. Every carton represents years of cooperation, and every product reflects the trust our partner has placed in our team."

Sometimes, the strongest evidence of a successful partnership is not found in presentations or reports. It can be seen in warehouse shelves, efficient operations, and the confidence our partners have when serving their customers.
Reflecting on the visit, our Sales Director shared a simple observation.
"The UK and the wider European market value partners who understand manufacturing, understand customers and are committed to creating long-term value together."
Different countries have different cultures.
Different markets have different expectations.
But successful partnerships are built on the same foundation.
People.
Trust.
Strategy.
Shared Value.
As RHT continues its journey across Europe, we look forward to meeting more partners, learning from different markets, and building stronger relationships with customers and distributors across the region.
We believe that the best partnerships are never built through transactions alone.
They begin with understanding.
They grow through trust.
And together, they create lasting value.
